Palliative Care Information Pack
This pack has been produced to help facilitate care in the community for patients requiring supportive and palliative care. The symptom management guidelines have been adapted from work carried out in Glasgow, and have been adapted to suit Highland needs and practices. They represent accepted best practice in palliative care and have been reviewed and endorsed by both Highland Hospice and the community Macmillan team.
