What happens next?

When we receive your completed application form we will send off for your references.  We will also contact you to arrange for you to have an informal meeting with us to discuss your application further.  Depending on the role you are applying for, you may need to return for a second meeting with the role supervisor.

If you are suitable, we will arrange for you to return for an induction and to start training. 

Training will normally consist of 3 shifts alongside another volunteer, but further training shifts can be arranged if you feel you need them.

Depending on your availability and our requirements, we will aim for you to cover a regular shift or put you on a reserve list.  We use our reserve list when regular volunteers are unavailable. 

After 3 months, we will review how you are getting on.
