Simon has been privileged to work as a counsellor at the Hospice since 2002. He works primarily with people in their bereavement, both individually and in groups. He has been working in the field of counselling and psychotherapy since the early 1990s and has experience of a wide variety of settings, including NHS primary care and community based voluntary organisations. He particularly values the Hospice as a place where what really matters to each person can be attended to, and where skilled professionalism and a caring, compassionate humanity go hand in hand.
Away from work, Simon enjoys nothing more than being outdoors with people he loves.
