Set Your Own Fundraising Goal
If you’re thinking of taking your first steps as a fundraiser for Highland Hospice, this page has everything you need to get started!
Step 1: Choose Your Challenge
One of the first things you can do is set yourself a goal. You could climb the height of Ben Nevis on your stairs, run a marathon in your garden over the course of a month, or walk 13,000 steps a day- that’s the number of steps a hospice nurse takes in one shift!
No matter the challenge, you’ll be making a big difference by stepping out for Highland Hospice. The support of our community means so much to us, and we couldn’t do what we do without you.
Step 2: Get in Touch
If you’re planning a fundraiser or have any questions, please contact our fundraising team at events@highlandhospice.org.uk or by completing our Register Your Interest form. We’ll be able to offer all sorts of advice and encouragement throughout your fundraising journey!
Our fundraising team can to help you to:
- create and update a virtual fundraising page
- use fundraising tools on Facebook, Strava, JustGiving, and more
- promote your fundraiser online and in your community
- find useful resources
Step 3: Welcome to the Team
Once you’ve set your goal and created a fundraising page, we’ll send you a special welcome pack. This pack is full of info and also includes a ‘Team Highland Hospice’ t-shirt, a window sticker, and yellow laces for you to wear with pride as you step out for Highland Hospice!
