Highland Hospice Learning and Development team develop and organise training programs for all staff and volunteers. Highland Hospice employs around 160 part-time and full-time staff and over 900 volunteers.

The organisation uses an e Learning management system called Learnpro to deliver, record and track compliance. The LMS comes with a vast range of courses and the ability to re-author and re-brand using LAB Advanced.

This role would be to support the Learning and Development team in developing and formatting the courses that the organisation holds on the e Learning management system, Learnpro.

This role would be to support the team in developing and formatting the courses we have on the system and also ensure the branding is current.

Main responsibilities and suggested activities

Supporting the Learning and Development team with developing, editing and formatting the courses we hold on the Learnpro eLearning Management system.

Skills / attributes and/or qualification(s) required

  • IT skills are essential.
  • Accuracy and reliability are essential.
  • Exceptional spelling, punctuation and grammar is essential.
  • A level of commitment to work on a regular basis is essential
  • Ability to manage own time and workload as likely to be unsupervised at time is desirable.
  • Ability to work well in a team is desirable.
  • Good communication skills are desirable.

Estimated hours

3 - 4 hours one day per week
