How is support offered?

For those unfamiliar with video calling the team are able to offer advice to help get online and build confidence. Loaning of IT equipment such as tablets is also available.
Whilst some support sessions may be offered one to one, there are also a number of weekly online groups available covering various topics and offering the opportunity to meet with others in similar circumstances.
