Helping Hands is a befriending and support service run by the Highland Hospice throughout Inverness, Easter Ross and the Black Isle.
The Helping Hands Induction sessions are open to anyone interested in volunteering for this service which involves visiting clients in their own homes and providing social and practical support in an informal way. These induction sessions provide a comprehensive understanding of what the role entails and the training and support the Hospice provides to Helping Hands volunteers.
All the inductions will be held via Zoom on the following dates:
- Tuesday 6 July
- Wednesday 4 August
- Wednesday 15 September
- Tuesday 28 September
- Tuesday 26 October
- Tuesday 23 November
Should we be able to begin hosting these in the hospice building again, you will receive notification and the duration will be extended accordingly.
