Learning & Development Co-ordinator
Due to internal promotion the Highland Hospice is looking to appoint a Learning & Development Co-ordinator to support the ongoing and long term improvement of staff and volunteer skills enabling individuals to fulfil their potential within the organisation.
The post holder will administer the provision of training for all staff and volunteers across the organisation and deliver specific training interventions for staff and volunteers on mandatory training requirements.
The post holder will act as first point of contact to staff and managers at an operational level to ensure that training and development needs are met and that the Hospice fulfills its statutory obligations as an employer.
