Giving in Memory
There are many ways to remember someone special. Whether they were cared for by the Hospice or were a lifelong Hospice supporter, a gift in their memory will directly impact the lives of our patients and their families, bringing comfort, dignity, and support during their most challenging times.
Tribute Pages
A Tribute Page is a place to commemorate a loved one’s life. It’s somewhere family and friends can share stories, photos and memories. We hope your Tribute Page becomes a place of comfort, support and inspiration for all who visit.
Memory Tree
Dedicate a leaf on our beautiful Memory Tree. Our Memory Tree is displayed in the Hospice reception and is decorated with autumnal bronze, copper and gold leaves, all of which can be engraved with a personal dedication.
Funeral Collections
Create an online funeral collection and let family and friends know about a funeral service. It's simple and quick using our partner MuchLoved.
Donate in Memory
Make a donation or set up a regular gift to the Hospice using our online portal.
Wall of Memories
Write a dedication in memory of someone special on our online Wall of Memories. Remember your loved one by sharing your stories, pictures and thoughts.
