Daniel O'Donnell Sings at Patient's Bedside

9 October 2013

Singing sensation Daniel O'Donnell visited the Hospice on Saturday to see patient Thomas Brown.  Thomas had intended to go and see Daniel perform in Eden Court but was unable to make the concert, so his son and daughter Tom and Cindyanne contacted Daniel through Eden Court.

Thomas had \"the biggest smile on his face\" and was absolutely delighted with the special visit.

Daniel sang '40 Shades of Grey', Thomas' favourite song, at his bedside - and later dedicated his final song of the evening at the concert to him, offering his thoughts and prayers to Thomas and his family.

What a lovely thing to do.
