Highland Hospice and Inverness Ice Centre are inviting previous Strictly Inverness contestants to dance on all four nights of the show’s 15th anniversary celebrations next May.

An ‘All Stars’ group dance will be choreographed to allow ‘Strictly’ dancers from 2010 right up to 2025 to return to the dancefloor.

Inverness Ice Centre’s Karen McBey said, “We hear year after year from people who are desperate to keep dancing and missing the buzz of Strictly Inverness. When our May shows come to an end each year, the dancing blues really do kick in!”

She added, “We were looking for something special to mark our 15th anniversary, and there’s always such a demand from previous dancers to return as ‘All Stars’. We decided, “Why not give them what they want!”

Highland Hospice’s Jenna Hayden added, “Performing a group dance is perfect for our previous contestants. This is a fun way of bringing back some faces from the history of Strictly Inverness. They will all know how the show works and can pass any dancing or fundraising hints and tips to our 2026 competitors.”

“We really want a spread of dancers from every year, and can take a maximum of 20 people, so if you took part, particularly in the early days, we are keen to hear from you!”

Strictly Inverness returns between Wednesday 13th and Saturday 16th May 2026 in Inverness Ice Centre. BBC Strictly Come Dancing’s judge Anton du Beke will be joining the line-up for Saturday’s Grand Finale.

The show’s format begins with a launch show featuring talent from various Highland dance schools.  On Thursday and Friday nights, eight couples perform two individual and one group dance and the top four from each night go through to Saturday’s Grand Finale where the winning couple will be crowned
