Participate in Strictly Inverness 2026

Are you up for a unique and exciting challenge?

From January to May 2026 you must be able to commit to:

> fundraising for Highland Hospice and Inverness Ice Centre
> dance training
> being available from 13th - 16th May 2026
> having a whole lot of fun……

Commitment involves three hours of dance lessons per week (plus extra rehearsal time) and fundraising to the best of your ability for the benefiting charities - every pound raised counts towards your score and gets you closer to the grand final.

You will then perform two individual dances with your partner (also a novice) and a group dance, in front of an audience of 600 people plus a panel of judges.

Please note - all applicants must be over 18 and have little or no dance experience.

Your details

Fundraising is at the heart of the Strictly Inverness competition and is the real reason the event exists. Please note, in addition we ask each dancer if they can source a corporate sponsor who would be willing to contribute to their involvement. This helps us to cover the costs of outfits and accessories etc.
All dancers are required to undertake at least 3 hours of tuition each week, as well as spending time fundraising for the charities. Lessons are generally held on evenings/weekends.
