Highland Hospice is delighted to announce that its Aviemore shop is now able to open from 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Shop Manager Susan Cooper said, “Since the shop opened in June 2010, we have been unable to open 5 days per week due to us not having enough volunteers on board. It is great that we have now attracted more volunteers to enable us to reach further sales potential from the shop.”
Susan would like to encourage anyone in the area who is interested in volunteering to help a great local cause, to get in touch. She added, “Even a few hours of your time per week would make a huge difference to us. If you do feel like you could come and join our team assisting in the shop, I would love to hear from you.”
As always, the shop is looking for good quality donations of clothing and other second hand items.
