Funds from 5 years of Inverness Strictly recognised

The total net funds raised for both Highland Hospice and Inverness Ice Centre over the last 5 years of Inveness Strictly contests, was recognised at the recent 5 year anniversary party for former Strictly contestants and their tutors. Key figures in the organisation of the annual event gathered to display a cheque for the sum of £293,366.09. Shown Left to Right are Linda Macdonald (Fundraising Manager, Highland Hospice), Michael Green (local councillor,Nairn), Claire Hernandez (Alma Cubana) and Jayne Fraser (Commercial Manager, Inverness Ice Centre). Michael Green is recognised for coming up with the idea for the event 5 years ago.
