Highland Hospice Conferences

The Highland Hospice Palliative Social Care Conference will be taking place online on Wednesday, 18th March 2026, you can register for the conference on Microsoft Teams here.

This conference artwork was created from post it notes written by care home and care at home staff who attended recent Last Aid sessions. These are thoughts around what matters now and at the end of life. We feel this a good reflection for this conference and our shared values in looking after all of our patients needs. You can read more about this here.

About the Conference

Highland Hospice warmly invites social care staff from across Highland to a full day of learning focused on the real situations you face every day when supporting people at the end of life.

This conference brings together experienced social care practitioners, nurses, doctors and allied health professionals to share practical knowledge, confidence‑building skills and supportive approaches that make a difference in care homes, care‑at‑home settings and other related services. The day is designed to be welcoming, down‑to‑earth and directly relevant to your work.
